Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH
This store, HeartLift™ by Cody (shop.loverboyyy.com), is operated by LOVERBOYYY ESSENTIALS, an Ontario sole proprietorship owned by Cody Laughlin. Business address: [MAILING ADDRESS], Ontario, Canada · cody@loverboyyy.com.
2. USING THE SITE
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Returns, Shipping and Pre-Order policies. You must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian's permission.
3. PRODUCTS AND CLAIMS
- Renders are labelled "design render". Final colour and fit may differ slightly from images.
- Features are described as designed to do something (e.g. "HeartLift™ seat, designed to lift and shape, no padding") until our wear tests confirm them.
- Sizes: see the fit guide. The final size chart is confirmed after sample fittings.
4. PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable GST/HST (once we are registered) and shipping are shown before you pay. We may fix obvious pricing errors. If we do after you've ordered, we'll offer you the corrected price or a full refund.
5. ORDERS
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We'll send you a copy of your order (the agreement) within 15 days. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) for suspected fraud or stock issues.
6. RESERVATIONS AND PRE-ORDERS
See the Reservation & Pre-Order Terms. A free reservation is not a purchase and costs nothing.
7. WHERE WE SELL
Canada only.
8. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other consumer law that applies to you, including the right to cancel if we fail to deliver within 30 days of the promised delivery date.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
HeartLift™ is a trademark of Cody Laughlin. Site content, renders, copy and designs belong to us. Don't copy them for commercial use.
10. REVIEWS AND CONTENT YOU SEND
If you send photos or reviews, you confirm they're yours and true. We'll only feature them with your written OK, and we never edit a review's meaning.
11. LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law (including statutory warranties that goods are of reasonable quality).
12. GOVERNING LAW
Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
13. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version on the date of your order applies to that order.
